Complimentary Registrations are available for groups of three paid attendees or more from the same organization are available.

Yes, LMD-2026 will refund any funds that were submitted by you once payment has been received from your organization. Refunds are processed according to the method of payment received by SyllabusX. Credit card payments are credited back to the credit card that was used for payment.

Substitutions can be made at any time.

Should the original delegate be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge; in this case, please contact SyllabusX to update the participant registration details.

Last minute substitution, your colleague can bring a signed letter stating you wish to transfer your registration fee. An email of the substitution requests should be made to

All substitution requests must be received in writing from the original registrant to info@lmdconference.com and must have the new registrant copied on the email.

Cancellation requests received in writing at least thirty days (30 days) prior to the event will qualify for a full refund less 5%administrative fee.

Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received less than twenty nine days (29 days) from the date of the first day of the conference.

No items will ship in hard copy via mail or postal service. After completing registration online or emailing a registration form, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your registration details, which we recommend you retain for your own records.

Delegates can receive their printed badge upon presenting a valid government-issued ID. If you do not receive an email, confirming your registration details two weeks prior to the conference, please contact Syllabusx.

For offline, mailed or emailed registrations, you will receive an email confirming your registration.

Attendees are responsible for their own ground transportation upon their arrival in Las Vegas.

LMD-2026 recommends business casual. You may want to bring a sweater or sport coat, as session rooms can sometimes get a bit chilly.
